Do children need to be potty trained?

Accidents happen and that's just the PreschoolLife. However, all LittleOnes need to be out of diapers and/or PullUps before joining our class. If your child is not quite fully potty trained but almost there, we can help them complete their journey to the WonderfulWorld of BigKidPants. Our teachers are a HugeHelp in this department, but honestly, it’s amazing what just being in a classroom full of other kids does to encourage the End of an Era… It’s like Magic!!!

Do children nap regulary?

And the answer is YES. We lay down for quiet time every afternoon 1:30-3:30pm. Some nap, some don’t. But they all have a chance to rest after a busy morning of Sharing, Caring, TakingTurns, ABCs & 123s. Having fun can be exhausting!!!

Are snacks and meals included?

MightyHearts Preschool provides breakfast for our Early Birds along with morning and afternoon snacks. LittleOnes get to bring their own lunchbox each day for lunch packed by mom or dad with the foods they like, are within their dietary requirements and fit into their family’s values for what’s appropriate to eat. We do ask parents to follow the USDA requirements for nutrition and include a grain, a protein, a fruit and a vegetable in every lunchbox meal.

Is there a drop-in option? Can my child(ren) attend on a day they are not scheduled?

Since we have such small class sizes, enrollment is limited and we carefully plan the attendance for the days each child attends. Although we would love to have your LittleOne join us every day, we may be at our limit if it’s a day not on their typical schedule. This doesn’t mean no, it just mean maybe, and we will need to check our class roster to see if there is room for one more. Just Ask and if we can accommodate, we will!!!
